At Pak China Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

  • Note: Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You may be required to provide pictures or videos for verification.

  • After approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used products.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Personal care or hygiene items (if opened).

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  3. Refunds are issued through bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.

Exchange Policy We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Pak China Store.

  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
